A design proof may be provided where approval is required before production. Please check all spelling, dates, colours and design details carefully. Production may begin once your proof has been approved, and further changes may not be possible after this point.

Yes. Available delivery and pickup options will be shown at checkout. Local pickup details will be provided once your order is ready. Please do not attempt to collect an order until you have received confirmation.

Party favour boxes are supplied empty unless the product listing clearly states otherwise. This allows you to add your own treats or party favours and choose options that suit your guests.

Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings, lighting, materials and production process. Because many products are handmade or 3D printed, small variations may occur and are part of the character of a custom-made item.

Care requirements vary depending on the material and product. Unless otherwise stated, personalised and 3D-printed items should be kept away from excessive heat, prolonged moisture and direct sunlight. Decorative products and cake toppers are not toys and should be used with adult supervision.
